Quad core ARM with 40 i/o pins... looks kinda interesting..

It adopts Actions S500 SoC. 4* ARM® Cortex™-A9R4 CPU , 1GB/2GB DDR3 and 8GB Flash

And only $45!

And to make it even more tempting for me, there is a RoboPi board for it , adding an 8 core Propeller

I think this needs to get on my Christmas list!

Looks really cool! We should get them and make some cool robots with them here! :)

Whoever said nothing is impossible never tried slamming a revolving door

and also thanks to craighissett & fhareide

The Guitar still has a few software warts (mentioned in my article) but the hardware is solid, and LeMaker is working on the warts.

I'll make a RoboPi + Guitar bot and post an article about it soon-sh (time permitting), it feels like a really good ARM brain for a bot.

I liked how it worked with RoboPi right away, the only difference was changing the serial port device in the RoboPiInit call.
