How to not 3D print the DiWire bender?

Dear: CKR

Just to let you know recently I have agreed to help build a wire bending machine with these three guys. We agreed I am the designer and mechanical, John is the electrical and mechanical I think, and Joel is the proggrammer and nothing else. They told me it would be really nice if I could figure out a way to laser cut all the parts instead of 3D printing them because that would be for everyone's convenience. We are hoping to make three of them by the way. One for each of us. I could only figure out a way to design one part in 2D cad and that is all I managed to do. The motor mount layer 1 goes underneath layer two and is meant to hold the stepper motor in place. I suggest you see this instructable to see what we are trying to build.

http://www.instructables.com/id/DIWire-Bender/?ALLSTEPS

This is layer one of the motor mount.

This is layer two.

You see the 4 large holes are meant to in layer 1 are meant to let an m5 bolt head go all the way through it to attach the pipe adapters to layer two without going all the way through layer two. This is the original 3D printed part.

There are more .stl than just that. Here are all the stl files.

Can I please have some help figuring out a way to laser cut these parts? Thanks!!!

Hi Noah,
Is your plan to do a lot of stacking of parts? I'm trying to understand how you would do 2d. If the broken 3D printer is holding you back, I'll print the parts for you, just pay me for postage and maybe plastic? I've got 3 printers waiting for work.... I can't imagine laser cutting is cheap.

Dear: Roxanna

Sorry for the delayed response I have been busy. I have been planning to do that but I am really struggling to do so. I know you can print the parts but the point of what I am doing is to fastly manufacture the parts and to make parts that are more surdy since they are made of acrylic. Thanks!!!

I don't know what to say LOL!!!
